A Moment for Mission

Tell them that, wherever they are, they should give good example...and seek to spread peace and concord.”

St. Angela Merici, Fifth Counsel

A Note from the President

Hello!

Is it really possible that we’re sending information for the beginning of the 2026/27 school year? Yes it is! I’ve seen some girls in the hallways today and their voices are a welcome change to the quiet days we’ve had since May.

We’ve been busy this summer making plans and completing projects. I’m most excited about the new website. We’ve designed the site to give current parents, new parents and alumnae their own one-stop shops with the information that each will access most often throughout the year. You’ll find a link to the Community Hub at the top of the site’s main page (ursulinestl.org). If you haven’t already, please take a moment to check it out. I think you’ll find it much easier to find the information you need.

You have received an email from Dr. Michalski regarding changes to the calendar related to the cleaning/remediation in Brescia Hall. Please make note of new dates for most activities scheduled to take place in the next two weeks.

Enjoy these last days of summer. We’re excited to get 26/27 off to a great start!

Uniform Reminders

Students should check the length of their skirts over the summer so that they are no more than 4" above the knee all around, and that stitching is intact before the start of the school year. Students should be able to wear their skirt with their shirt tucked in comfortably without any rolling. Students who do not have the appropriate length skirt will receive a demerit.

Parents, please check the length of your daughter’s skirt before August to see if a new one needs to be ordered so that she is in compliance with the dress code. Parents will be notified at the beginning of the school year if their daughter’s skirt is not the appropriate length and needs to be replaced. Any questions regarding skirt length should be directed to Meghan Jones.

Uniform Details

Students can purchase the following school uniform items from the Bear Den:

  • uniform polos
  • dress uniform oxfords,
  • white Ursuline socks (part of dress uniform)

The Uniform blazer and skirt must be purchased from Just Me Apparel, (636) 391-3551.
