And soon, it will be the place to connect to the many ways you can volunteer at Ursuline. In the meantime, you can get involved with the Bear Moms and Fathers Club today through their links on the Parent Hub. They’ve done a great job getting things organized and have sign-ups in place - a big THANK YOU to them! I look forward to seeing you all at the many fun events that have been planned.

Picture Day

Tuesday, September 8, 2026 | 7:30am-12:30pm

Please read the following letter from Wagner concerning picture day on September 8th. Students will have the opportunity to take their yearbook photo from 7:30 am -12:30 pm. Tuesday is a Liturgy/Assembly Schedule, and students will have the opportunity to take their photo during that time. Students may wear a nice shirt with their skirt for the day. The shirt must follow dress down day guidelines. Contact Meghan Jones (mjones@ursulinestl.org) with any questions.

Senior Parent Mass: Date Change

The Senior Parent Mass was originally scheduled for Wednesday, September 23rd, and has now been moved to Wednesday, October 7th. We are excited to be able to host the Mass in our newly renovated Chapel. More information to come.

Seniors - College Applications 

The link below includes important college application information. The counselors are scheduling individual meetings with seniors to discuss their college list and application requirements and deadlines. Parents are welcome to attend either in person or virtually. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact your daughter's counselor.

College Application Workshops

The counseling department is offering College Application Workshops to assist seniors with completing their applications. The workshops will be held ​Wednesdays during Activity Period in the counseling office. 

ACT Information 202​6-2​7

​College Credit Registration

It’s time to register for Fall 202​6 and yearlong college credit courses. The deadlines vary based on the college granting the credit. Please note, that parents must confirm all college credit enrollment. An email will be sent from the college with an electronic approval form. Students will not be enrolled without parental approval. ​Bear Basics 

​Freshmen have their first Bear Basics meeting on Tuesday, September 1 during Activity Period. This monthly meeting is led by the Counseling Department to help with the transition to high school and life at Ursuline. Topics include study skills, organizational strategies, stress management techniques, and practical UA information​.
