UA Soiree Donation Drive

The Auction committee is hosting a donation drive starting November 17 - December 5, 2025. If you own a business or like to shop, donations for gift cards and items are welcomed! Shop handpicked auction items by our Auction Chair and committee on the UA Soiree Auction Amazon Wish List. Amazon Wish List items can be shipped directly to Ursuline. (Please include the first and last name of the UA student to receive credit)

Christmas Music Concert

Come join the music students of Ursuline Academy at our annual Christmas Concert. This performance will include orchestral works, Christmas choral spirituals, and classic carols…definitley an evening you don’t want to miss! Advent

This Advent our theme is “Joyful Waiting.” We often get caught up in the busyness of life, and the busyness of the Christmas season. Sometimes we find ourselves frustrated when we have to wait: wait in line longer than anticipated, wait for traffic to speed up, wait because the wi-fi is slow, or wait for someone to return our text message. On a larger scale we wait for news about a diagnosis, to hear about a job opportunity, or to experience healing in a relationship. What if this Advent we saw all of the interruptions as holy interruptions–opportunities to slow down, pause, take in the present moment and experience all the joy that God has prepared for us. We pray that this Advent season is filled with joy, hope, and a slower pace for each of you.

Final Exam Prep

As final exams approach stress levels increase, this is normal. However, how we respond to this stress is key. It is important for students to incorporate self-care strategies into their study routines. In addition, preparing for exams multiple nights in advance can help reduce final exam-related stress. We encourage students to start studying for exams 5 days before the exam. Listed below are exam preparation resources and tips for managing stress. If you have any questions, please contact your daughter's counselor.

College January Deadlines

If a college you are applying to has an early January application deadline, you must complete the following items by December 17.  

1. Add the college in the Applied column in your Scoir account.
2. Complete the orange Transcript Request Form in the counseling office.
