A Moment for Mission

Build community wherever you go.

St. Angela Merici-5th Counsel

A Note from the President

Hello to all!

As I sit here at this moment, the roofers are making themselves known and preparations for the UA Soiree are well underway! And it was just a few days ago that we hosted Celebration Night for the incoming Class of 2030 and also celebrated the amazing performance of our cheer squad at Nationals. And … rehearsals for the spring production are underway!

Speaking of Celebration Night … I’m thrilled to tell you that our Ambassadors delivered 110 signs to current 8th graders who have been accepted into the Class of 2030! That number will fluctuate a bit between now and next August - with enrollment remaining open until then - but not by much. We can already tell that it’s a wonderful class who bring a variety of gifts.

As you know, the enrollment process begins for some families as early as 5th or 6th grade so our Enrollment/Admissions team is always coming up with creative ways to introduce them to UA. I’m grateful to them for all of their efforts, along with the Ambassadors, teachers who help to provide great shadow visit experiences and the parents who share our story with prospective families. This community is like no other!

Last thing - If there are younger children in your family, you’ll want to check out our summer camps here. There are several new opportunities for fun and learning.

All my best,

Peggy Slater
