Hello, 

You may have noticed that a major roof project is now underway. The current tiles are original to the building, which makes them 100 years old. The roofers are taking advantage of every break in the weather to assure that the front side of Merici Hall is completed before graduation. They will likely be on campus throughout the summer. Please be aware of restricted areas in the parking lot or areas surrounding the building.

Plaid Payoff Raffle - 

Last Weekend to Sell - Ends this Sunday, January 18th at midnight

Help motivate your students to participate in the raffle and sell their tickets this weekend. Currently, only 77% of students have participated in sales.

Each student is required to sell 10 (full priced) tickets by midnight - Sunday, January 18. If all four classes hit their goal, the whole school will earn a day off school on Monday, February 9! You can find all the details on our webpage.

International Serviam Day - Family Service Opportunities

Saturday, January 24, 2026 9:30-11:30 a.m. and 12:30 - 2:30 p.m.

All parents, students, coworkers, alumnae, Ursuline Sisters and friends of Ursuline are invited to join Ursuline communities around the world in a day of service. There are 2 opportunities to come together, one large community gathering at St. Peter’s Catholic School Cafeteria and another at St. Louis Area Diaper Bank.

Items being collected in the UA Main Office:  

•    New blankets for St. Louis Children’s Hospital patients
•    Period products and diapers for St. Louis Area Diaper Bank
•    Shelf-stable foods - to join student collections for SPLASH Week for local food banks

Summer of 2027 to Austria, Germany, and Switzerland Informational Meeting

Tuesday, February 3, 2026 from 6:30-7:15 in the Boardroom

For the Classes of 2028 and 2029: learn about an unforgettable summer of 2027 trip to Austria, Germany, and Switzerland! Students will experience historic cities, breathtaking alpine scenery, and iconic cultural landmarks. 2026 UA Soiree Dinner Auction

The UA Soirée is an Ursuline Academy community-wide event and all members over the age of 21 are encouraged to attend. Each year we have a variety of current parents, grandparents, past parents, alumnae, coworkers, and friends of UA attend the Auction. If you are unable to attend in person, you can still bid on Silent Auction items, purchase raffle tickets, donate to Fund-A-Need, or make a general donation!

Seniors - 7th Semester Transcript 

If you applied to a college that requires a 7th semester transcript / midyear report (includes 1st semester senior year grades) to be sent, please stop by the counseling office and complete the 7th Semester Transcript Request Form.

College Planning Meeting - Class of 2027 

The counselors are scheduling individual college planning meetings with juniors and their parents. This individual meeting will include discussing goals, college options, potential majors, testing plans, applications, financial aid, and any other questions you may have regarding college admissions.
