Hello all!

We are all deep into the craziness of the final weeks of school, I know! We know that everyone will be out there having summer fun very soon so I’m taking this opportunity to make you aware of some important dates. Please keep an eye out throughout the summer as we’ll be communicating additional information. 

• Final grades message/transcript availability for class of 2026 will go out May 15
• Final grades message/transcript availability for classes of 2027, 2028 and 2029 will go out on May 29
• 26-27 Schedules will go out June 19
• Back to School Night - August 27, 2026
• Moms and Margaritas - September 9, 2026
• Fathers Club BBQ - September 10, 2026

It’s been a wonderful year and I’m so grateful for the support you have shown Ursuline and the Bears … in many ways. I hope and pray that your summer is relaxing, safe and joy filled.

Senior Graduation Practice and Alumnae Induction

Monday, May 11: 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Practice for Alumnae Induction and Graduation. Begins in the Cafe.

Casual dress code.  Required for all seniors (not sponsors)/

Seniors receive their cap, gown, tassel on this day.

Mandatory attendance.  Call into the main office if sick.

Alumnae Induction: Initiation into the Alumnae Association

Tuesday, May 12: 8:00 - 11:00 a.m.

8:00-8:15 a.m. Arrive in Cafe for the Class of 2026 and alumnae guests complimentary breakfast reception

9:00 a.m. Alumnae and Class of 2026 line up for procession into the Chapel for the Induction

9:10 a.m. Induction begins in the Chapel

10:30 a.m. Legacy family photos following the ceremony on front steps or in the Chapel

Please encourage carpooling.  There is a late start for freshmen and sophomores on this day.

Students received instructions on dress code.

All About Apps - College Application Information Meeting

Tuesday, May 12 - 7:00 p.m. 

Junior parents and students are encouraged to attend All About Apps on Tuesday, May 12. This virtual meeting will cover important information regarding the college application process, including application types, materials needed, and deadlines. The Google Meet link will be emailed closer to the date.
