Dress Down Passes - Last chance to buy before the first date!

Your UA Bear or coworker will enjoy wearing her comfy clothes on 5 days throughout the year - November 14, January 13, February 27, March 26, and April 21.

One dress down pass is $50 and good for all 5 days.


Only students and coworkers who have purchased this dress down pass will be approved to be out of uniform for these days. UA dress-down guidelines apply.


The World Language Department is taking students to Europe this June!  

  • A ten day trip to London, Bath, Stonehenge, Paris and Barcelona!
  • Open to all current sophomores and juniors
  • Savings deadline has been extended!  Enroll by 11/15 and save $100
  • Our last informational meeting is coming up- 11/11 at 7 in the Boardroom.
  • Registration will close around the holidays

Q&A at UA Trivia Night - LAST CALL FOR TABLE REGISTRATION

Saturday, November 15, 2025, 6:00 - 10:00 p.m.

Grab 7 of your smartest friends - or your most fun friends - and join us for our annual Q & A at UA Trivia Night, hosted by the Ursuline Academy Alumnae Association. This is one of the largest Alumnae Association fundraisers of the year, and it’s a great way to support student financial assistance through The Ursuline Fund! We have a variety of raffle prizes, including a few specialty raffles, games, and 50/50 drawing!

We’ll have a limited variety of beer, wine, and soda provided, but feel free to bring your own food and drink. A free dessert bar is also included, with decaf coffee.  

When you register for Trivia Night, you are registering for a complete table of eight and will be deemed the "Team Captain."

There is a limited number of VIP tables available for purchase.

Doors open at 6:00 p.m., and questions will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m.

Campus Ministry

Sophomore Retreat

Monday, November 10, 2025 from 9:00AM to 3:00PM in the Auditorium. 

Sophomore retreat focuses on students’ relationship with God and others. It will be a fun filled day of reflection and class bonding. All sophomores are required to attend. Please bring your own lunch, water bottle, and a snack to share with your small group. Check-in begins at 8:45 in the Convo. 


Junior Retreat

Monday, November 10, 2025 meet at Ursuline Circle Drive at 2:45PM to load buses to Kings House. Students will return on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 by 3:00PM.

The Junior Retreat is an overnight retreat that focuses on the students’ relationship with God and the world around them. Students will be staying at Kings House at Our Lady of the Snows. Please check your email for more details and a packing list. 


Big Sis/Little Sis Night of Service

Thursday, November 13, 2025 from 6:30PM to 9:00PM in O’Hara Hall.

We are partnering with TASK for a fun night of games, pizza, and crafts from 6:30PM-8:00PM. At 8:00PM all Ursuline students in attendance will be participating in a prayer service around the pond. Parents are welcome to come to the prayer service, and participate from the Sappington side of the Pond. This is a required event for all Freshman Little Sisters and Junior Big Sisters.

If you have prayer intentions you would like us to pray for, please fill out the “Prayer Request Form” and we will pray for them during Eucharistic Adoration. Also, please feel free to send this to anyone you know within our UA family who may be interested!

College Applications 

Congrats to our seniors on their hard work on their college applications. 95% of the class has completed one or more applications. 


What’s Next?

  • Applications can still be submitted for many colleges, be sure to check application deadlines.
  • As you receive your admission decisions, please update your application outcomes in Scoir. Please click here for directions. 
  • It’s time to start looking for outside scholarships. Check the Class of 2026-College Planning Google Classroom for our scholarship database. 
  • Many colleges provide automatic merit-based scholarships with the admission decision. We included scholarship awards in the graduation program. As you receive awards please send a copy of the scholarship award letter to Mrs. Treese (ktreese@ursulinestl.org) in the counseling office
  • The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is now open for the 2026-27 school year. The links below include the FAFSA form and helpful tips for filling out the FAFSA.
