Summer-fall-spring-winter-spring …it’s been a little confusing! And Thanksgiving is just around the corner! It’s not too soon to begin thinking about the UA Soiree Auction. The committee is busy at work on another great evening and there are a lot of ways for you to get into the fun… volunteer, donate some kind of experience to be auctioned, organize a table with fellow parents. It’s a night you really don't want to miss!

Q&A at UA Trivia Night - Volunteers needed

UA Soiree Donation Drive

November 17-December 5, 2025

The Auction committee is hosting a donation drive starting November 17 - December 5, 2025. If you own a business or like to shop, donations for gift cards and items are welcomed! Shop handpicked auction items by our Auction Chair and committee on the UA Soiree Auction Amazon Wish List. Amazon Wish List items can be shipped directly to Ursuline. (Please include the first and last name of the UA student to receive credit)

Prizes and incentives!

For every item donated by a student receives 1 entry to a drawing plus 1 point towards their mentor group. Winners are announced on December 9th.

There will be 4 $50 Ulta gift cards awarded to 4 UA students The winning Mentor Group wins a choice of a fun snack! 

Drop off donations in the front office or the Brescia office.

2026-2027 MO Scholars Scholarship Application is now available

The application portal for MO Scholars Scholarship, powered by Today & Tomorrow Educational Foundation, is now open. Applications are due by April 3,2026. 

Families will be notified of awards in May 2026.

College Applications 

Congrats to our seniors on their hard work on their college applications. 97% of the class has completed one or more applications. 

What’s Next?

• Applications can still be submitted for many colleges, be sure to check application deadlines.
• As you receive your admission decisions please update your application outcomes in Scoir. Please click here for directions. 
• It’s time to start looking for outside scholarships. Check the Class of 2026-College Planning Google Classroom for our scholarship database. 
• Many colleges provide automatic merit-based scholarships with the admission decision. We included scholarship awards in the graduation program. As you receive awards please send a copy of the scholarship award letter to Mrs. Treese (ktreese@ursulinestl.org) in the counseling office. 
• The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is now open for the 2026-27 school year. The links below include the FAFSA form and helpful tips for filling out the FAFSA.
