This is the Alumnae Association’s largest fundraiser of the year, and it’s a great way to support student scholarships! We have a wide variety of raffle prizes, including a few specialty raffles, games, and a 50/50 drawing!

Auction Volunteers Needed!

We’re gearing up for another exciting auction season and are looking for parent volunteers to join our Auction Committee! Our first committee meeting is Thursday, September 24 at 6:00 p.m. in the UA Merici Boardroom. Join us for food, drinks, door prizes, and a fun evening as we kick off planning! 

No experience necessary—just bring your ideas, enthusiasm, and willingness to help! Have a friend who might be interested? Bring them along! UA Parent Social at Tapawingo

Wednesday, October 7, from 5:30–7:30 p.m.

Join fellow Ursuline parents and parent figures for the Ursuline Academy Parent Social on Wednesday, October 7, from 5:30–7:30 p.m. at Tapawingo National Golf Club. Enjoy drinks, light bites, and a relaxed evening to reconnect with old friends, meet new families, and kick off the school year together. The event is free, but registration is required!

The financial aid application for the 2027-2028 school year is now open in FACTS Management. The deadline to complete your application is December 31, 2026.

A Global Sisterhood trip visiting Ursuline schools in Ireland, England, and France

This spring, we have the opportunity to take students on an immersion educational trip to visit Ursuline schools March 12-24 of 2027. This is a great educational opportunity to experience our global sisterhood. Here is the application with more information.

College Information Night - Class of 2028

Monday, September 21 - 7:00 p.m. - Ursuline Auditorium

The Counseling Department and a panel of admission representatives will discuss important information regarding the college research and application process. This essential meeting is for junior parents and students.

College Applications 

The senior class has been busy submitting college applications. 42% of the class has already submitted one or more applications! 



Requesting Transcripts 

After completing a college application, seniors must submit a transcript request through Scoir and sign the orange transcript request form in the Counseling Office. Both steps are required in order for the transcript to be sent.

College Application Workshops

The Counseling Department is offering College Application Workshops to assist seniors with completing their applications. The workshops will be held every Wednesday during Activity Period in the Counseling Office.

College Credit Registration

It’s time to register for Fall 2026 and yearlong college credit courses. The deadlines vary based on the college granting the credit. Please note, that parents must confirm all college credit enrollment. An email will be sent from the college with an electronic approval form. Students will not be enrolled without parental approval.
