USE TAX FORM DEADLINE

The first topic is a friendly reminder regarding the submission of the Modernization Expenditure Report Form (Use Tax – FY 2024), which is due May 15, 2025. Download form below.

ARPA Reporting Deadline

The second topic is an important reminder for the ARPA SLFRF reporting deadline which is today, April 30, 2025.

Please review both sections thoroughly and take any necessary actions to remain compliant and eligible for future funding.

Has your county turned in your FY 2024 Modernization Expenditure Report Form (Use Tax) yet?

The deadline to submit the completed form is May 15, 2025 — and it’s quickly approaching.

⚠️Important: Please ensure the completed form is submitted by the deadline to remain eligible for the July 2025 distribution of funds. Counties that do not submit the form by May 15, 2025, will forfeit their allocation

Has your county submitted its 2025 ARPA Project and Expenditure (P&E) Report yet?

The deadline to submit your report is today — April 30, 2025. If you haven’t already done so, be sure to complete and submit your report as soon as possible to stay in compliance with the U.S. Treasury’s reporting requirements.
