Belt Washer, stainless steel, manufactured by Innotech. Includes 42" wide x 100" long sanitizing conveyor with 2 wash zones, including (6) adjustable spray nozzles. Stainless steel wire belt with 3/8" x 2.5" openings and 8-1/4" height clearance, belt is 44" off ground. Belt is driven by Sterling stainless steel motor, approximately 1 HP, 208-230/460V, 1750 RPM thru Grove Gear reducer, 36:1 ratio. Mounted on stainless steel frame with casters. Previously used in fruit & vegetable receiving and washing system. 








Tote Lift Dumper, stainless steel, manufactured by Innotech, hydraulically operated, includes adjustable bar height and hopper. Previously used in fruit & vegetable receiving and washing system. Complete with 5 HP hydraulic pump mounted on stainless steel frame, 1745 RPM, 208-230/460V, 3/60Hz motor. Serial number INNO-00297-16. Good condition.




Belt Blancher, manufactured by ABCO, measures 4-1/2' wide x 25' overall length, all stainless steel construction. Two stage blancher with belts at slight incline, stainless steel woven belts, first belt drops product onto second belt, then discharges by rotary paddle wheel to dimpled bucket discharge chute with 10" x 12" side outlet. Belt is driven by 3/4 HP, 230/460V, 3/60Hz, 1200 RPM thru 84.9:1 gear reducer. Previously used on diced apples. Product is fed through 44" x 12" high feed opening with rotary paddle wheel to help feed product onto belt. Complete with internal spray bars for cleaning of belts. Also includes Valley Welding dewatering chain conveyor at blancher discharge, 36" wide X 12' long with inclined belt with top mounted magnet. Belt driven by top mounted drive. Blanching system includes control panel and is in good condition.







(2) Liqui-Box Star Asept 1307AB Aseptic Filling Systems, previously filling juices into 55 gallon drums and 250 gallon totes. All stainless steel construction and all surfaces are CIP cleanable. Star Asept is capable of filling 6 gallons - 370 gallons. Rated for up to 100 gallons/minute depending on product, 3 - 14 PSI depending on product viscosity. Complete with stainless steel powered roller conveyors with load cells. Product is pumped from processing line and enters machine through a single filling valve, terminating at sterile chamber. Fill chamber is re-sterilized each time a new bag is inserted with steam sterilization. Added water flush capabilities to the filling heads in 2011. Capable of running low acid dairy homogeneous, high acid juice, puree, slurry, fruit puree, concentrates, pulps, soup bases, medical bulk fluids. Complete with controls and in very good condition.
