316L Stainless Steel 50 Liter Reactor, manufactured by T&C Stainless, vertical, 14" diameter x 20" straight side, clamp-on with dish top and bottom, jacketed and agitated by Turbo Mixer, Model TM-1-DSM, shaft size 1-3/8" diameter x 20" long with (2) 3" propeller, 1/4 HP, 230/460 Volts, 3-phase, 60 Hz, 1680 RPM, ratio 5.57:1, final output 302 RPM, vessel MAWP 75 PSI at 300 degrees Fahrenheit, MAEWP 15 PSI at 300 degrees Fahrenheit, Jacket MAWP 150 PSI at 300 degrees Fahrenheit, MAEWP 15 PSI at 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Openings top tri-clamp (2) 3", (3) 2", (2) 1" 1-1/2" center outlet. Mounted on (4) stainless steel legs with casters. National Board number 865, Serial number TC6926, built in 2008. Removed from Pharmaceutical operation.







Royal Welding & Fabrication 236 Gallon Stainless Steel Reactor,  with Myers 15 HP sweep agitation. Vessel measures 42" diameter x 36" straight side, dish bottom with 2" center bottom outlet, 16" top manhole, Tank: Serial number 10321, National Board Number 104, new in 1990, Shell MAWP 50 PSI full vacuum at 400 degrees Fahrenheit internal, jacketed for 15 psi at 400 degrees Fahrenheit, Myers mixer driven by 15 Hp, 480 V, 1800 RPM variable speed 20 to 60 rpm. Mixer model V600/500-15, and serial number 982. Last used in catalyst production operating at full vacuum with hot oil as heat source.








Precision Stainless 220 Liter 316L Stainless Steel Reactor. Unit measures 26" diameter X 27" straight side with dish top and bottom with 1-1/2" center bottom discharge. MAWP of 45 PSI at 300 degrees Fahrenheit, jacket rated for 90 PSI at 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Includes Lightnin Vektor 271607 agitator driven by 1/2 HP, 230/460V, 1725 RPM motor. Includes ES&B GFR-SE Rupture Disk. Includes internal spray ball. Unit new in 1998, National Board Number 6635. Portable on casters. Very good condition.

Powder Synthesis Reactor, includes 3-zone SiC heated clam shell furnace, rated for up to 1600 degrees Celsius with vacuum tight SiC tube. Complete with Quadraxial top-down nested injector assembly, high temperature cyclone, high temperature transfer pipe to cyclone and collector, twin vertical scrubbers with scrubber blower and exhaust, liquid ring vacuum pump rated for 10 - 100 millitorr. Also includes powder collection, effluent condensation, Logic control cabinet, computer controller, power supply, mass flow controls, (2) gas mass flow, (1) liquid mass flow metered air to N2. Good condition.
