Utah Valley Refugees is pleased to invite you, your friends and family to a special evening of refugee awareness event at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah. This event will take place in person and will highlight the current needs and benefits refugees bring into our community. You will also learn how you can get involved and support refugees in your area. This is a unique opportunity to hear from experts and refugees themselves about their experiences and needs.

Our distinguished speakers are:

• Mario Kljajo, State Refugee Coordinator, from the State of Utah Refugee Services Office.
• Olga Kalume, Refugee Resettlement Director, International Rescue Committe,
• Ernso Pierre, Refugee Swahili Branch President, from Idaho
• Sam Lee, UVR Board of Directors.
