If you need help paying your bill year round, the Ohio Department of Development offers payment plans to make bills consistent throughout the year. Click the link.

Special Reconnect Order

If your natural gas or electric is close to being disconnected or is disconnected, you can avoid the $175.00 reconnect fee by applying through our Community Action Agency, KnoHoCo-Ashland, or calling 1-800-282-0880. Interchurch Social Services

If you have an emergency assistance need Interchurch can help. They operate a pantry, clothing store, and can offer emergency cash assistance based on eligibility. There are four offices throughout Knox county.
