Your Water & Sewer Usage

July 31, 2026 (Oxford, MD)- The Town of Oxford announces the introduction of a new portal to give you easy access to your water and sewer usage. To date, 527 new meters are installed across the Town. With a new meter, you now have the power to monitor your water consumption anytime from anywhere by logging in on any device with internet access. The My360 access is a separate access from your utility bill and utility payment processing. My360 allows you to view usage only in real time to monitor for leaks and to set threshold limits to create usage alerts.

HOW TO ACCESS MY360: To access your utility usage, you will need to create a My360 account by entering your name and your Account No. exactly as it is shown on your utility bill. Click the link below to get started and view the user tutorials for easy access to utility readings:
