In response to industry-wide challenges, effective January 23, 2023, Allstate Vehicle and Property Insurance Company (AVPIC) will be making updates to the homeowners Risk Management Policy. Please note the following details:

• Amount of insurance less than or equal to $200,000 is ineligible for Insurance Score 21-50.
• Maximum of zero losses in the past five years for Insurance Score 41-50.
• Dog bite mitigation – Adopting a zero-tolerance approach using prior carrier Comprehensive Loss Underwriting Exchange (CLUE) information.
• Auto support required for Web business – monoline homeowner new business ineligible.
