When we’re anxious, we often feel a heaviness that’s vague and hard to define. One simple strategy is to express our worries, whether it be writing them out, talking to a friend, or even talking to ourselves. Verbalizing our anxiety can be a healing act, helping us to see it clearly, release it, and therefore manage our behavior toward it. Mel Chanté guides you through this quick exercise to help you better understand and give voice to your anxious feelings.
