Revenue Diversification: Making the Value Case Training Series

Many Community Action Agencies have been striving to expand their business model. The CAAs want to attract more diverse funding streams and offer a greater variety of services. Participants in this program will learn a six-step model that is based on each organization’s unique services and to address the interests of the audience being targeting. The approaches being shared have been proven to help organizations tailor their stories to convey value, present compelling data, and communicate in a way that attracts the interest of payers.

The program is sponsored by the Community Care Innovations Collaborative, led by Bay Aging, The Virginia Community Care Hub. We are striving to expand partnerships between healthcare and social care to address the health-related social needs of Virginians. Three classes will be offered online from June 26 through August 7. There are no fees, and all are welcome!
