Killington World Cup - VARA Parade

Heck Yea!

The Women's World Cup is returning to Killington on November 25-26.

The VARA Parade is scheduled for Saturday morning, November 25, before the start of the Giant Slalom.

If you are interested in participating, you must contact your home program director or coach. Some clubs have parade coordinators. It is best to check in with your club.

VARA will collect parade participant information from each council representative.

World Cup activities will begin on Friday, with music and many vendor tents. Watching the women compete and walking in the parade as part of the event will be an experience to remember for life.

If you want to be sure to get the NEW Swix parade hat, then you better get your name on the parade list!

Ski & Snowboard Pathways after High School

Please join U.S. Ski & Snowboard on October 24th at 6 pm MDT for an information night about the many options to continue competitive skiing and snowboarding after high school! NCAA and USCSA coaches and athletes will present information about their programs, including what collegiate competitions are like and what coaches look for in prospective athletes. Participants will also be invited to join breakout sessions for the discipline they're interested in learning more about (including Nordic, Alpine, and Snowboard/Freeski) to ask coaches and athletes any questions they have.
