As stated in 24 CFR 91.520, the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) as a grantee awarded HUD HOME and National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF), must report to HUD the total number of emergency transfers requested under 24CFR 5.2005(e). In order to comply, owners of OHFA-funded multifamily HOME and/or NHTF projects must complete the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) Emergency Transfer Data Form and submit it to VAWAEmergencyTransfer@ohiohome.org by no later than August 25, 2023. 

Owners must report only the total number of requests for internal and external emergency transfers and safe unit requests for the time period of July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023. To ensure tenant confidentiality under the Violence Against Women Act Reauthorization Act of 2022, owners must not disclose any personal identifiable information for the tenant(s) or location of the dwelling unit(s) of a tenant(s) to any person that commits an act of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking against the tenant(s).
