This memo is a reminder of the Department of Veterans Affairs recent requirement for ALL QTC providers to complete the NEW mandatory training Assessing Deployment Related Environmental Exposures in the VA's new learning management system called VBA MDE TRAIN. Please note this course is required by ALL providers regardless of specialty.
Important: QTC had previously provided the VA with a roster of our active providers, thus your VBA MDE TRAIN account has already been created and is currently associated with your email on file with QTC. Please DO NOT create a new account under a different email.
Step 1: DO NOT create a new TRAIN account. If you don't know your TRAIN Login Name or Password, please click the below to be taken to the "Forgot Your Login Name/Password" feature and request a password reset using your email on file with QTC.
Step 2: After you have retrieved your TRAIN Login Name & Password, Click the below link which will take you directly to the Environmental Exposures course in VBA MDE TRAIN and log in.
Step 3: Before you can register for the course, you may be asked to fill out additional information in your TRAIN profile. Please ensure all requested profile data is entered and saved. If you need additional assistance completing your profile or what to select for a CE credit type, please refer to the attached or reach out to VACertifications@qtcm.com.
