Versailles Baptist Church exists to glorify God by helping people Decide to follow Christ,
Devote to spiritual maturity, and Demonstrate their faith to others.
Dear Church Family,

Today, I am thankful for a God that isn’t surprised by anything. I, however, was a bit surprised when I began to feel the stirring toward missions on a larger scale than my usual two weeks. I have always had a heart for short-term missions and for teaching missions, but I didn’t realize God had more planned. Because God gave me the courage to explore that call further, I must now be obedient to Him. In August, I will be heading to training after which I will be sent out to work with women and children in South Asia for two years. Please know that countless prayers, scripture and tears have gone into this decision along with an extensive interview process.

I am so incredibly excited to go and yet so incredibly sad to leave. God truly blessed me when He called me to Versailles Baptist. Never has there been a sweeter church to call home. I have absolutely loved teaching your children and being a part of your lives. I am so thankful that I will still be here through camp and Vacation Bible School this summer. My last Sunday is not until July 21 st . I covet your prayers as I prepare for this next chapter. I love you more than I can possibly say!

In Christ,

In a world where so many things compete for our students focus, time, and passion ... a weekend to give Christ our UNDIVIDED attention will be huge!

We will celebrate Disciple Now with dynamic speaker Rob Turner in service on Sunday!
