CHARLOTTE MILITARY VETERAN HUMBLED TO BE NAMES HYUNDAI HOMETOWN HERO Dwyane Wells is the kind of guy willing to do anything for anyone. A veteran himself, Wells now works at Veterans Bridge, a nonprofit that helps connect veterans with the support they need to be successful in the community.

RESOURCE FAIR FOR VETERANS AND SERVICE MEMBERS SET FOR NOV. 24 The Community Veterans Engagement Board, supported by other agencies and local businesses, are coming together to connect veterans with resources to address needs, some of which have been exacerbated by the pandemic. 

DON'T LET YOUR TRICARE SELECT COVERAGE LAPS, OFFICALS WARM RETIREES Just 14 percent of the military retiree households who must start paying enrollment fees for Tricare Select have set up their payment process, Tricare officials said.

ARMY AGREES TO REVIEW THOUSANDS OF UNFAVORABLE DISCHARGES FOR VETERANS If approved by a federal judge, the settlement agreement in a class-action lawsuit could result in thousands of veterans gaining access to the Department of Veterans Affairs’ full array of benefits.
