Last week we shared that there is a new field in the MLS for video surveillance. When you are inputting a listing, you will now have to select yes or no if there is video surveillance in the property. Having conversations with your buyers and sellers is important about audio and video surveillance. Watch Scott Peterson's Legal Bites video about cameras in listings. Scott covers some best practices that are helpful.

Please save the dates for events coming up this fall. Our General Membership Meeting will be on October 4th at Hotel Talisa, and the Annual Installation Celebration will be on October 24th at The Sebastian in Vail.
