Are you looking to get more involved in Leadership?

We are providing four grants for VBR members to attend the Colorado Association of REALTORS ®  Spring Summit this year. The grant will cover registration, meals and mileage to the event.

These meetings are a great way to get to know your peers in the state of Colorado and provide you with leadership development programs.

This year's CAR Spring Summit is coming up soon on April 23rd & 24th at the Four Seasons in Vail Colorado. Right in our backyard!

I will collect names of people who are interested until Monday, April 15th at 10:00 am. Depending on how much interest there is in attending, we will do a drawing if needed.

Please send me an  email  to get added to the list, or contact me with any questions.

from you.

Agents earning commission income should find lenders more receptive to their home loan applications. Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have made changes to their automated underwriting program to make it faster, more cost-effective, and less risky for lenders to consider these mortgage loan applications.
