New Multi-list option and new R E Colorado

A Multi-Family option has been added as a Property Sub-type to the VMLS. This Multi-Family option is intended for the listing of residential buildings that contain  multiple, separate housing units.

REcolorado is launching an updated version of their home search site. The new site will have enhanced mobile functionality and SEO features to help give you and your listings even more visibility. The Division of Real Estate has added language attempting to clarify that if its Contract to Buy and Sell Real Estate never had an Appraisal Objection Deadline, or if the contract lives past an Appraisal Objection Deadline, then the buyer cannot use appraisal issues to terminate the contract under any New Loan Termination Deadline.
