Free Class Benefit for Realtor® Members
The Vail Board of Realtors® is offering the benefit of a FREE CREC Annual Update Course to our Realtor® members again for 2021.

  • One Complimentary 2021 CREC Annual Update ($40 value)!

VBR will sponsor the instructor for Slifer Smith & Frampton's CREC Update classes hosted on January 19 and 20 with Damian Cox. One of these will count towards the complimentary class. (NOTE: If you can't attend, you can choose to attend a CREC Update Class from the VBR calendar in place of this opportunity)

If you register for one of the VBR courses below, you are charged $0.00. If you don't attend you will be invoiced for the full class amount. Please provide us with cancellations within 24-hours of the class starting time. 

If you previously registered for a 2021 class, you have been refunded and will ONLY be billed if you are a no-show.

All VBR classes at this time are Live Online. Attendees MUST be on camera in the webinar to receive credit (per the Dept. of Regulatory Agencies - DORA).

*If you prefer to take the class online you can go to Thrive Education and complete the CREC Annual update for free online.

Courses taken with providers outside of the VBR and Thrive do not count for the free class.
We offered ten opportunities in 2020 to take this course through the VBR and we provided 373 members with this benefit!
