VBR offices are getting an upgrade!
As announced at the General Membership Meeting on September 28, the VBR office is getting a remodel! 

The previous Boards have allocated funds each year based on a reserve study to upgrade the office, and we are due for this to occur. These reserves were set aside each year to fund this project, and we haven't done any upgrades since 2004.
 
The renovation will provide our members with an upgraded space that is more modern and functional. The project is anticipated to take 2.5 months. As we prepare the office for the remodel, all VBR staff will be working remotely starting on Monday, October 26. 

To get in touch with the VBR team, our phones and email will be the same. We will use the RealtorĀ® Hub Locker system for members needing to pick up lockboxes, power paddles, and Welcome Home bags during the project. We anticipate our office to be open starting in early January.

Please make sure to contact us to schedule times to pick up items!
 
Upcoming Dates:
  • Oct 21 and 22 - The VBR office will be closed to pack. We will check emails and voicemails throughout both these days.
  • Monday, October 26 - All VBR staff will begin working remotely.
