Christmas lights are installed and were turned on this week.

Ficus hedge around the perimeter is doing beautifully due to constant spraying for white fly.
Mulch around the perimeter shrubs will be completed soon.

Thank you to everyone that keep their cars and golf carts off the Vintage Trace grass, they cause costly damage to the sprinkler heads.

Great News!! From our Xfinity Team
As we continue to invest in our network to enhance value of XFINITY Internet and support our customers’ ever-increasing number of connected devices, our upload and download speeds remain core to our competitive advantage. Recently, we kicked off our speed increase with a 50% increase to Gigabit Pro upload and download speeds – going from 2G to 3G. Then, on October 12th, most of our speed tiers will also get an increase meaning our customers will receive faster speeds at no additional cost. On the date of the increase, customers will simply power cycle their modems to receive the faster speeds. We have increased Internet speeds over 20 times. It is our proactive approach to keep our customers ahead of demand.

More Than Just Internet: In addition to delivering the fastest speeds, Comcast provides unmatched value to Xfinity Internet customers through:
  • Superior WiFi coverage
  • Control connected devices – Using the Xfinity app, customers who lease an xFi Gateway have total control of their home network; manage device access, set parental controls and pause WiFi.
  • Advanced cybersecurity protection – xFi Advanced Security helps to protect all connected devices at the gateway level from malware and other cyber security threats.
  • The nation’s largest WiFi network – Access to more than 20 million WiFi hotspots across the country is free to Xfinity customers; three times more than any other provider.
  • Xfinity Mobile – Xfinity Internet customers can get Xfinity Mobile, which combines the nation’s best 5G network with the power to auto-connect to millions of Xfinity WiFi hotspots across the country.  Go to: https://www.xfinity.com/mobile for more information. New Ways to Save: Get Unlimited 5G for $30/mo per line when you get four lines with our new plan pricing. Flexibility and Control: Switch between Unlimited and By The Gig data anytime and only pay for what you need.

See Something - Say Something!

As you know, we have an Off-Site Property manager. Pegasus may visit the property periodically for lots of reasons. But their eyes can not see everything. It is the responsibility of all of us to let us know when something doesn't seem just right. Whether it's a light out, a tattered flag, someone driving improperly, etc. Whether you see something in your community, on the perimeter road, the entry road, etc., we need your eyes to let us know what your concerns are. Do not hesitate to contact any of us on the Board or the property manager, via phone, or e-mail at any time.
If you see something, say something !
