Front entrance winter flowers will be planted in the next week.
Christmas lights are installed and additional decorations will be turned on the weekend before Thanksgiving.
Ficus hedge around the perimeter is doing beautifully due to constant spraying for white fly.
Mulch around the perimeter shrubs will be done the first of November.
Thank you to everyone that keep their cars and golf carts off the Vintage Trace grass, they cause costly damage to the sprinkler heads.

Thank you for your patience and understanding in our long wait for the Main Gate Barcode reader to be repaired. Like many other items right now, waiting for parts caused the delay. It has been replaced and is working.
As a reminder, you should always approach all gates at a safe speed so that you can stop should something fail to work correctly. "3 mph" is still the recommendation when approaching any of our gates.
Also, the Main Gate Barcode lane barrier arm is set to close after each vehicle. To be sure your barcode was correctly read you should wait until you see the barrier arm closing/closed before passing the barcode reader.
Lastly, remember there is a STOP SIGN on the other side of the barrier arm. You are required to stop at it as the intersection is a "3 way" stop. You cannot see traffic coming from your left, and they cannot see you until you get to the stop sign. Safety is always first!
