7th Grade Anatomy Project

Mrs. Sullivan tasked students to create theme park rides based on the digestive system.

They had a lot of fun designing and naming these:

The Esophagus Drop, The Grinder, A Kidney Crusher, The Stomach Acid Ball Pit, and The Urinary Dunk Tank.

They even had a motorized Large Intestine Ferris Wheel!

Creativity and lots of fun in science class!

Logic/Rhetoric After-School Fitness Opportunity

Enrollment for the After-School Fitness program is open to Logic and Rhetoric students. This is currently being offered by Mr. Marino on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, 4:00-5:30 p.m.

The focus is on weight lifting, high-intensity training, functional fitness, and cardio training.

Please email Mr. Marino if you are interested or have any questions. Enrollment is limited.

Warrior News

Our Varsity Girls Basketball Team won a couple of games last week. The Warriors defeated Temple Baptist 50-30, and IC Imagine 51-35. The Middle School Team won three games. Veritas beat Haywood Christian 32-15, Temple Baptist 36-22, and IC Imagine 25-15.

Our Varsity Boys Basketball Beam played three games last week. Veritas defeated Haywood Christian 69-40 and Temple Baptist 66-48, before falling to Nebo Crossing 60-50. The JV boys lost their three games, falling to Haywood Christian 41-34, Temple Baptist 55-31, and Nebo Crossing 42-15.
