This Friday: Fall Picnic!

Join us this Friday, October 24 for our Fall Picnic from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.

It's a beautiful tradition at Veritas of food, fun, and fellowship.

Inflatables, face paint, field fun, and new this year... local food trucks!

We are excited to have Groovy Grease Wagon serving up burgers and more, Faithful Flames BBQ, and CrepesRUs Food Truck with savory and sweet crepes!

Looking to help serve!? Support PTF by signing up for a time slot to supervise the inflatables. Click here.

Warrior News

Our Varsity and JV Volleyball Team competed in the WPAC tournament last week. The Varsity Warriors defeated Christian Family Academy 3-1 in the quarterfinals. Veritas was beaten by Pinnacle Classical Academy 3-1 in the semifinals. Kendall Burroughs was named first team All-Conference, and Kinsey Burroughs was named second team All-Conference. The JV girls lost to Nebo Crossing 2-0 in the quarterfinals. Also in action, our middle school girls lost to Asheville Catholic 2-0 in a regular season matchup. All three teams will be competing in the CSAA State tournament this week.

Our Varsity Boys Soccer Team also competed in the WPAC tournament. The Warriors fought hard, but fell to Christian Family Academy 0-0 (3-2 PK’s) in the semifinals. Aiden Kennedy was named first team All-Conference. Our soccer team will also be competing in the CSAA State tournament this week.

Survey Opportunity

A request from Dr. Eric Werne (Kennesaw State University):

I would like to invite your community to participate in a survey exploring how people in classical schools define “virtue.”

An individual should complete the survey just once. This survey is anonymous and takes about 10 minutes; no personal information will be collected as part of this research.

If you are willing to help with this study, please do so by October 26, 2025.

Thank you so much for your help!
