Dear Vacaville Christian Community,

As February comes to a close, we reflect on the learning, growth, and special moments that have filled our classrooms this school year. From giving back through service projects to enjoying the warmth of school traditions, we are grateful for the strong connections that make our school a family.

Next week, we are thrilled to host Grandparents Week, a time to honor the love, wisdom, and support of our students’ grandparents and special family members. As part of this celebration, we also invite our grandparents to join us for our Grandparents Legacy Breakfast on Thursday, March 6th @ 8:15 a.m. in the First Baptist Church Conference Room for a hosted breakfast to learn how your support as a grandparent can leave a lasting legacy at VCS.

7:15 a.m. - Coffee/Fellowship & Photos (HS Campus)

7:40 a.m. - Visit HS Classrooms

9:30 a.m. - Chapel at First Baptist Church

Thursday, March 6th:

All VCS Grandparents:

Continuous Enrollment and Admissions Information for 2025-26

Earlier in February, we released all kinds of helpful information for the 2025-2026 school year, including updates on continuous enrollment, tuition rates, and plans to improve for the future. As an important reminder, any termination of Continuous Enrollment for the following school year will incur a withdrawal fee of $375, except when providing written notice of termination (school withdrawal form) for the following school year to the VCS Business Office, no later than March 1, 2025.

We Still Need Secret Pals

We need members in our community to sign up to sponsor a “Secret Pal” and bless members of our staff. A small act of intentional care can make a BIG difference at VCS!

HIS Club Hours

HIS Club Hour forms are due to the Business Office by May 15, 2025. A late fee of $75 will be charged to your tuition account for any form submitted after the deadline date.
