Dear Vacaville Christian Community -

As another school year draws to a close, we celebrate a joyful milestone - congratulations to the Class of 2025! Graduation was a wonderful event last week, and we send them off with pride, prayers, and hope, knowing they leave our campus equipped to pursue their God-given callings. Their growth, faith, and accomplishments have left a lasting impact on our community, and we are confident they will go on to lead and serve with boldness and purpose.

Summer at VCS: Preparing with Purpose

While many of our faculty will find time to rest and reconnect with loved ones this summer, most will also spend intentional time preparing for the year ahead, which includes updating lessons, deepening their subject knowledge, and praying over their classrooms. Our non-instructional staff will remain active throughout the summer, managing projects, supporting families, and preparing our facilities and systems for a strong start in August.

All of this is done in alignment with our strategic priorities for 2024–2025: cultivating a culture of godliness, excellence, and connectedness; strengthening academics, athletics, and the arts; engaging both domestic and international families with the distinctives of VCS; and investing in campus renovations and technology that support our growing student body and mission.

As we head into the summer season, I am filled with gratitude, for what we’ve accomplished together and for all that lies ahead. May your summer be filled with rest, renewal, and the joy of God’s provision. We look forward to welcoming you back in August for another purposeful and Spirit-led year at VCS.

As the summer season kicks off, we're shifting to a lighter newsletter schedule. Instead of our usual weekly updates, you'll now receive one newsletter each month during the summer, as follows:

Fri., June 6th / Thurs., July 10th / Fri., August 8th

We’ll still keep you in the loop with important news, upcoming events, and school highlights — just in a more relaxed summer rhythm!
