This Thanksgiving Season, we are grateful for the many joint efforts we have with our community partners. One of these collaborations is our PharmD program. This partnership between the VCU School of Pharmacy and CrossOver began in 2008 to develop and implement a pharmacist-integrated primary care model. The PharmD Program is designed to improve chronic disease outcomes through comprehensive medication management services.

This partnership is a win-win all around. Our patients get medication plans tailored to their needs, and students in their third-year at the VCU School of Pharmacy get real life hands-on experience.
