As the school year kicks off, VE is here to support you in our partnership to ensure students receive immersive and authentic business experiences. We are excited to see your VE students in action soon!

Where to Get Started on the VE Hub

  • VE Hub Help contains tips and tutorials to simplify your Hub account setup, adding students, and troubleshooting. Note that all students must be added through the Teacher Admin icon on the Hub, and it generally takes 24 hours for both teacher and student curriculum to become available after the initial login and account setup.
  • NEW this Year: demos and tutorials are available to help teachers add, renew, or archive class sections and bulk upload students using a CSV file directly onto the Hub.

Need more help? Set up a 15-minute video conference with our Tech Support Consultant, Nimisha Budhwani.

For Teachers:

Program Overview & Implementation

  • Be sure to visit Teachers’ Lounge 3.0: THE place to go for tips, suggestions, and resources for all teachers.
  • The SY 24-25 Calendar provides a view of events and activities, competition dates and deadlines, and a list of updated Circles of Excellence parameters for this school year.
  • The VE Pacing Guide is a sortable spreadsheet to help plan, prioritize, and navigate the school year. The checkboxes indicate Core Tasks and tasks associated with the Circles of Excellence. The spreadsheet can be downloaded and reorganized to best fit the needs of each class section.

For Students:

Competition Scoring Guides & Badges

  • Scoring guides (previously rubrics) for competitions are aligned to the Career Readiness Framework and indicate associated curriculum tasks.
  • Students can earn up to three badges during the school year to celebrate participation and recognize personal accomplishments. Nominate students throughout the year.

Additional Resources & Support

  • Watch for VE Brief updates and share them with your students to stay updated on program highlights, events and activities. Previous VE Briefs can be found in the Announcements section at the top right of the Hub dashboard.
  • LiveChat and real-time support for teachers and students is available on the VE website. Click Chat Now for real-time help and responses from the VE staff during our office hours.
