Hello Pickle Festival Vendor,
The Festival is almost here and we are excited about our new date, Sunday, October 16. This time, meeting a month earlier, we're hoping to have warmer weather and avoid the snow! We've been heavily marketing the new date and hope that, after being shut down for 2 years because of COVID, the world is ready to come back!
There is a large waiting list. If you cannot make it, please notify us of your cancellation immediately so we can give your spot to another vendor.
DAY OF:
- Check-in time is 7:00 am.
- Upon arrival, you will receive a vendor spot number and directions to your location. We usually give the same spots to the same vendors each year. All pickle vendors are in the Pickle Pavilion. Craft and Grocery vendors are in the big tent. Food vendors are corralled outside in the food court. The actual Rec Center building is reserved for entertainment.
- Set-up time must be completed by 9:00 am.
- Late arrivals (after 9 am) will be denied entry.
- Do not pack up and leave before 5 pm.
- At 5 pm checkout collect your $50 cleaning deposit refund.
- All vendors are responsible to REMOVE their garbage to the dumpster or forfeit clean-up deposit.
PARKING:
All vendor vehicles, except self-contained food units, must move to general parking immediately after unloading. This year the Rec Center will not allow anyone to park on the grass. We have parking spaces reserved for vendors, and have planned for 5 off-site, nearby, shuttle bus parking areas for the visitors. Lots of signage, and a map handout will be provided to visitors and can be viewed on our website's homepage.
