We are accepting applications for Vendor Booths for the 2024 Raymond Country Fair!

What: Market, music, food and entertainment! 


When: Saturday, May 4, 2024, 10 am - 3 pm


Location: the Historic Square in downtown

Raymond Mississippi near the Courthouse

and Water Tower


If you wish to have a Booth or Food Truck at the event the fees are:


  • 2024 General and Citizen Chamber members should deduct $25 from the following fees. Gold and Silver Chamber members for 2024 receive a vendor booth space for free:
  • Vendor booth space 12′ x 12′ = $75.
  • Food truck = $100 *
  • *Space for a food trailer and a pickup truck with the trailer = $150


A $2 processing fee is added to payments made online.


We can only have 120 vendors and food trucks for this event. First come, first serve.


Limited spaces, price point and a limit on similar vendor merchandise will be followed. If we happen to receive a lot of applications for booths who are selling the exact same items as others who have already signed up, we may close that category to additional applicants. *Categories CLOSED: Paparazzi Jewelry, vendors & food trucks selling sweets, ice cream, sno cones. If we close your category and say that it is FULL before we’ve processed your application but after you have paid, your payment will be refunded. 

To reserve your space:


  • Go to this page on our website: https://raymondchamber.org/raymond-country-fair-registration
  • Read the Vendor Information and Guidelines.
  • Complete the Online Vendor Registration
  • Select your correct payment type and amount and pay your fee online. PayPal gives you the option to use a credit or debit card. The choices under the green button are for 1, 2 or 3 spaces, 12x12 vendor space, Chamber member for 2024. Under the yellow button you may pay for 1, 2 or 3 vendor spaces for a non-Chamber member. The options under the blue button are for food vendors.
  • There is also an option to download and print the form, fill it in manually, and mail it along with your check or money order, to our P.O. Box.


Your Registration is not complete until we receive your form and your payment. WE WILL NOT RESERVE YOUR SPACE UNTIL WE RECEIVE BOTH ITEMS.

Aproximately 2 weeks prior to the event, we will contact everyone whose space has been reserved and provide Instructions for Set-up and Parking, a map or description of where your space is located, etc.


It's a "rain or shine event." No refunds on account of weather unless Chamber cancels event. If canceled, vendor receives credit for the next event.
