Ms. Valencia is responsible of consulting services performed in Latin America. Currently Ms. Valencia serves as a Due Diligence Manager at VERTEX Ingenieros Consultores S. de R.L. de C.V., based in Mexico City. As a Due Diligence Manager, Ms. Valencia is responsible for specific job functions related to Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II subsurface Investigations, conducting remedial activities, and the implementation of asset management programs conceived to evaluate facility compliance and environmental risk associated with industrial tenant. Ms. Valencia is also responsible to perform health and safety audits to construction projects under Mexican and OSHA Standards.
