OLLI Travels: Rural Studio, Selma & the Black Belt

April 17-19, 2026

OLLI members are invited for a three-day field trip to Selma and Newbern exploring history, architecture, and community in Alabama’s Black Belt. Participants will visit significant Civil Rights landmarks in Selma, including the National Voting Rights Museum and Institute and the Edmund Pettus Bridge, followed by a full-day guided tour of Auburn University’s Rural Studio.
