VFC Holiday & Re-enrollment

As we prepare for the holidays and the VFC 2025 Re-enrollment period, please be advised that the Maryland VFC Program WILL NOT be processing routine vaccine orders or shipping any routine vaccine orders from December 20, 2024, through January 17, 2025. 

This blackout period corresponds with the CDC holiday limited shipping schedule. This blackout period does not apply to Beyfortus and flu vaccines; flu vaccines will continue to be shipped automatically and VFC will continue to accept Beyfortus orders.

Please review your VFC vaccine inventory and submit a vaccine inventory/influenza order, if necessary, before December 20, 2024, to ensure you have sufficient vaccine on hand during the blackout period.

As a reminder, providers are encouraged to maintain a minimum supply of 2 months of vaccine inventory to avoid delays in vaccine access for the patients they serve.
