Per the Virginia Graham Baker Act, (VGB). All commercial swimming pools must keep record and maintain compliance, by updating your current suction outlet covers as needed per the manufactures life in operation dates. Please review your records and check to see if the current suction outlet covers are up to date. If you have, or suspect you may have suction outlet covers that are out of compliance, or near being out of compliance please contact us. Your pool, depending on configuration may also be required to have a secondary means of anti-entrapment. Please make sure that these devices are in proper functioning condition. With the 2022 outdoor swimming season right around the corner, it would be a good idea to find out where you stand right now. Your pool may need to be drained in order to be updated and maintain compliance.
