Dr. David Gifford, AHCA/NCAL’s chief medical officer and the association’s clinical team is asking members to fill out this short survey about who is administering the COVID-19 vaccine to your residents and patients. Your responses are being collected to help with advocacy to HHS, CDC and others about ensuring continued access to the vaccine as they plan for booster shots and work to increase vaccination rates given the spread of the Delta variant. VHCA-VCAL has heard from VDH that it is interested in this information as well.

We know you have been asked to complete many surveys over the last year and half. We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with data that can be used to help make sure there is continued access to the COVID-19 vaccines.
