The county positivity rate spreadsheet has been updated as of September 2, 2020 on the CMS COVID-19 Nursing Home Data webpage. See the section on “COVID-19 Testing” for a link to the rates of positivity. The September 2, 2020 version of the spreadsheet, for dates August 20 – 26, should be used to determine the testing frequency for each nursing facility. CMS had stated the data will be updated the first and third Monday of each month, so it is important for providers to routinely check the CMS webpage for these updates. The Virginia-specific data can be located here for your convenience.
Also, please be on the lookout for a message from me tomorrow with additional updates to guidance that CMS published late this afternoon.
