Important Notes
  • CMS contacted AHCA/NCAL yesterday and media are reporting that the Biden Administration will require nursing homes to mandate staff vaccination in order to continue receiving Medicare and Medicaid funding. The Administration has not yet released any more details about this requirement. We will share additional information as soon as possible.
