LTC Facility Assessment for

Next Phase of COVID-19 Response

Greetings to Virginia's valued long term care facility leadership, 

 

The governor’s COVID-19 Long Term Care Task Force is dedicated to supporting you and your teams in successful steps for the next phase of COVID-19 response. This phase will incorporate CDC-recommended surveillance and testing in long term care facilities. 

 

To better understand your needs and how the state can help your facility achieve these goals, the Task Force is requesting your responses to an important resource survey. We have tried to avoid areas for which there are existing data, but we also hope to gain an updated picture of your situation now.

We are asking the administrative leads and medical directors to collaborate on this survey to provide the most comprehensive response possible. 

 

The deadline for survey completion is June 8.  This is because we want to turn around results as soon as possible to support decisions being made in the next few weeks. The results of this survey will be made available to you.
