8th Grade Chromebook & Charger Collection Update
On Monday, June 6, we will be collecting all 8th grade chromebooks & chargers during ELA classes. In ELA classes, we will ask students to remove stickers and work through a 'wellness checklist' on their machines so we get an idea of which chromebooks need repair before they are re-deployed to 4th graders in the fall. When they get to high school as 9th graders, students will get a brand new device if they turned in their middle school chromebooks & chargers.
6th & 7th Grade Chromebook Update
Students currently in grades six and seven have options when it comes to where they keep their Chromebooks over summer. Students in these grades can take their Chromebooks and charges home with them or leave them at school over summer to be picked up in the fall. To leave the Chromebook at Hamilton over summer, students can stop by our Hamilton LMC during the last week of school and turn it in to Mrs. Phelps. These Chromebooks will be stored safely over summer and returned to students when they start school in September.
Library Books Due May 31
All library books are due in the library by the end of the school day on Tuesday, May 31! As of this writing, we have 933 books checked out, which is awesome. 654 of those books are overdue, which is not awesome. Students can check their email for notification of what is due and overdue. Please turn in ALL library books by Tuesday, May 31. Thanks!
Concerts Have Returned!
We have been having concerts featuring our Hamilton Music program since this past winter, but we did start out small. The number of events and those attending have steadily grown, and more is still to come! It has been wonderful having the music of our students once again filling our school at evening concerts!
