Thanksgiving Break

Giving Thanks...

As we head into Thanksgiving Break, please join me in thanking our entire Hamilton Middle team for the work that they do each and every day in support of our students and our greater Hamilton Middle community. Across the entire country, working as an educator in a post-pandemic world has been challenging. We are fortunate at Hamilton Middle to have all our staffing positions filled with talented people who pour their hearts and souls into their work each and every day, not to mention evenings and weekends as well. Thank you Team Hamilton!

...and Thanks to Our Community

A big thank you as well to our Hamilton PTO and to all families who provided plenty of wonderful food to keep our teachers and staff well sustained on the evening of parent-teacher conferences! Below are three photos of just some of the food that was so generously donated--thank you!

A Fair Weather Fall

There is likely room as well to give thanks to the weather that we all enjoyed across the first couple of months of school. Until this recent cold snap, classes were often heading outside for learning and team building activities. The below pics are from David Long's 8th grade Science classes in one of their last days of outdoor learning prior to the snow.

8 Days: The above pic is the accumulation of just 8 school days of Lost & Found items. Did you know that if your child has their name on their jacket, binder, water bottle, etc., that we will return their belongings directly to them if found, skipping the Lost & Found?

That Said...: Some of our students are so adept at keeping track of their things, names likely are not needed.....
