Violence in the workplace is unacceptable and all workers have the right to a safe and healthy workplace. On May 17, 2024, amendments to the OH&S provisions of The Saskatchewan Employment Act came into force requiring all provincially regulated workplaces to have a violence policy and prevention plan in place.
