Membership Experience Manager

As the Chamber enters an exciting period of growth, supported by an engaged Board and dedicated staff, we are hiring a Membership Experience Manager to help shape the future of member engagement.

This key role will lead member programming, engagement, and retention efforts—serving as a primary connector between members, staff, and community partners. The Membership Experience Manager will play a hands-on role in creating a welcoming, high-quality experience that delivers real value and strengthens relationships across the Chamber’s business community.
